      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;I could get somewhere close but not all the way.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can reverse the scale but cannot get a line chart. So I had to use a mixed chart.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The attached shows a section of the chart produced.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I used right axis for both the rates (reversed as required). The settings for both were as follows:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Static Min : 10&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Static Max: 0&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Static Step: -1&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I hope that this helps&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
