      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;When you say 4d do you mean three dimensions and animated over time? If you meant making a chart with the four quadrants then I would image this is more likely to be a scatter chart with two reference lines and some labels. Could you provide some more information, or maybe even a sketch or screenshot, of what you are trying to achieve?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;If I were trying to recreate exactly this then I would create an image for the nice background (all the grey bits with the box, the labels and the axes) and then set that as a background image behind my scatter chart. Assuming you have a fixed scale for your measures it should be easy to control the layout to get it looking right.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
