Table Box Null

I have a script that loads the open sales lines from an excel file, and then loads open PO's from another excel file. In a table box I show the open sales lines and the open PO qty from the PO's data, however if there are no open PO's the table shows the null value -. This of course isn't selectable, is there any way around this? Ideally I want the table to show zero so that the user can select the open sales lines with no associated PO etc.

I guess you have to generate the missing values in the script itself and that only could allow you make it selectable. Have a look at this blog: http://community.qlik.com/blogs/qlikviewdesignblog/2013/02/05/populating-a-sparsely-populated-field
