wanted the report similar to above snippets , where we have to create a sub row under column captions HCC-

PCR

how to achieve it .?

Not possible (without custom objects) as far as I know.

I would go back and ask the customer what the actual question is he/she wants answered and answer that instead of trying to rebuild an existing visualization.
