Hi,

I'm trying to use this app in my Ipad and i'm having a problan with the conection to the server.

When I select Add Acces Point I use http://IP_NUMBER or http://IP_NUMBER/qlikview, and I can connect to the server, but it appears a message that say:

Error downloading the document list

I'm ussing Version 2.1.2 , i've seen that some users had this problem with version 2.0 in the link below ¿Have you solved it?

iOS app version 2.0 issues?

¿someones could help me?

Hi,

Have you tried installing the offline service on your web server as instructed in the documentation?

Hi Vinay,

Thanks for your answer.

I finally solved this problem.

As you say i had to install the offline service but i finally need to configure some characteristics in the server and i made it with the support assistance.
