      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you! &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I could download some demos successfully in favor of your comment. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;By the way, Downloading of 'Call Center' demo (.qvw) failed because of license issue &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt; ("the license that is embedded in this document is not valid."), but some other demos have no problem like this.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have much interest on multi-channel contact center KPIs (like AHT, SLA, Agent Productivity...) and &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;hopefully, I will develop the call center centric KPIs with QlikView.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Do you have any idea about this?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
