      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;It is a vague question, but I will do my best to elaborate:&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;IMG __jive_id="89791" alt="Capture.PNG" class="jive-image image-1" src="https://community.qlik.com/legacyfs/online/89791_Capture.PNG" style="height: 162px; width: 620px;" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If you are pulling data from a SQL database, you can pick ODBC (is strictly for relational databases) or OLE DB (is not strictly for relational databases, it is for SQL, Access and Excel files as well). Once you choose an ODBC connection, you click "Select" to start building your SELECT statement. If you want to pull data from a different server/database, you follow the same steps.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;For Excel files, you can use "Table Files" options, as many times as you would like to import Excel files from different directories on your computer.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
