      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Yes, time it. Take a stopwatch and start the timer when you open the document. Then stop it when the document is opened. Write the time down. Repeat it ten times and then take the average of the times you wrote down. Optionally remove the faster and slowest time before taking the average of the remaining eight times.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
