You can see script for most example application, but speaking of the two you've mentioned - script is apparently removed in "Data Visualization", and it is mostly binary load in "Executive Dashboard".

interestingly enough almost all demos I looked at (at least the ones that caught my attention) was with hidden or removed scripts

P.S. Not on a script subject but be careful with the visual elements you see in these demos - I hate when Qlik is using different cheats to make dashboards look nice but in a reality it would be maintenance nightmare. For example, they use photoshop a lot to cut areas of the background images and squeeze metrics in there

Well, a demo is a demo

It is much worse when you have to fix somebodies production app which is a maintenance nightmare...

Edit: As legendary JohnW‌ said, the purpose of a dashboard is to inform, not to impress. In the case of demo, the purpose is exactly to impress.
