topic Performance issue and hierarchical data problem in QlikView

I want to show the hierarchical data on the pivot chart which contains multiple account heads. First of all the expression which I am using on that pivot table is taking too much time to execute. So it creates a performance issue. I am posting a dummy data where I am facing another problem i.e. when I am expanding a Account head to the another account head and if the child account head is null then it omits the record from the pivot table. So if anyone have any idea please share here.
