Can we avoid missing values(-) in pivot table

Hi all,

I have a pivot table with two dimensions and one measure, I have pivoted the table with one of my dimension.

I have got ( - ) for some of the combinations of the two dimensions, as I came to know there are missing values. Is there a way that we can handle the missing values.

Go to the Presentation tab and change the missing value hyphen to something else or a blank space.

Also you can try to "Suppress When Value is Null" on the Dimension tab check box.

Thank you for your immediate post, I was thinking about to avoid them but I too realized that we cant skip them like "suppress when value is null"
