      <title>Apps not available for some users on Access Point</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi All,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have 5 Named Users, at the moment all users can log onto Access Point directly with their credentials.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;However, only 3 of the users can see the available App, I believe I have them set up the same, so I am not sure why the Apps are not available.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have stopped and restarted the Qlikview services, but still no joy.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Has anyone seen this happen? Can you point me in the right direction&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Regards&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;do you have section access enabled ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;if so did someone with a higher sections access (Admin) saved the document without doing a reload ?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Did you look up the users in the QMC &amp;gt; Users &amp;gt; Groups&amp;nbsp; might be that they are not in the necessary Access-group to the server/app/directory &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;that's the first thing I would do too but the poster did not mention if he is using AD or DMS.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also sometimes it takes 2 reloads for some reason - i noticed that before&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi Jamie,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;This was the issue, or at least I think it was, I gave permissions to the new users for the App folders.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;But it did not work until I done a restart of the server, the Apps are now Visible&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have a different issue now as I get this message when trying to open the App in Access Point&lt;/P&gt;&lt;H1 style="font-size: 26px; font-family: 'Helvetica Neue', Helvetica, Arial, 'Lucida Grande', sans-serif; color: #3d3d3d;"&gt;&lt;A _jive_internal="true" href="https://community.qlik.com/message/193320#193320" style="font-weight: inherit; font-style: inherit; font-family: inherit; color: #3778c7; text-decoration: underline;"&gt;Acess Denied: The Server (QVS) has no USER CAL for your account&lt;/A&gt;&lt;/H1&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
