Reload fails

Hi all,

When loading the data from database to Qlikview, reload fails on QMC. Everyday it reloads succesfully. But today reload fails on QMC.

I have checked in log file. Am getting below error msg

Error:Microsoft OLE DB Provider for SQL Server, ErrorMsg: Unspecified error occurred on SQL Server. Connection may have been terminated by the server.

Can anyone please help me on this?.

I think there is an issue at the database side when the dashboard reloading? If you reload again it will be solved I think.

Thanks for your reply. yes now its reloading. When i was trying to reload manually then also its not reloading. After four to five hours its started reloading again.

Check with your database team for the issue during that time. You can find

the reason from them easily.

Hi Jagan,

Am checking with my DB team. But again same problem am facing today at same time on QMC. When am trying to load manually , it is showing the connected status as per below screenshot.

But Data is not started loading from database. Can you please suggest some solution. Could be issue in Qlikview or database?

HI,

May be the query taking more time to execute? Run this query in the database and check how much time it is taking.

Hi Jagan,

Usually after connected, data will start to load within 2 secs in Qlikview.

ya sometime retriving data is more then also it will occures...i think it is reload again the script problem will gone....

i have same type of problem occured in my project now that is every day night 12:00AM my script will be reloaded unfortunatly from last month 18,19,and 20 it was not reload but 21 to till now it was reloaded properly mai i know the reason...
