Formatting issue amongst different users

We have an enterprise edition of Qlikview and often pass the development of dashboards between users. One of our users is having an issue where the text size gets enormous when he opens it on his desktop. Several other users have opened the same document and don't have the same formatting issues. Any ideas?

Are you certain that its the font size or the is the whole dashboard zoomed in? Are they all using the same monitors? Try and see if this selecting this helps:

Hi,

Do you have given any custom button (option) to zoonin and out? Generally If you develop an application to small machine (Laptop) and open the same app on big machine, It will keep display the original size (Laptop) and automatically will not fit to big screen. To achieve this you have to write Macro and give a custom button to zoonin and out.

As said by sunny, Please that option, there is a possibility that app has been zoon out to his system.

If this is not the case please provide more information about your case and issue

Hi,

In general we will have issues with the screen resolution, some solutions are

Check the zoom is 100% or not.?

1. Develop dashboard in standard solution where maximum number of users are using.

2. Extension to auto zoom to window by using trigger, (Standard extension was available)

3. Create a button using macro in dashboard, so that action macro will run to set automatically to zoom to window.(but the issue is that macros will work only on IE plugin mode but not in ajax mode)
