Hi,

We have QlikSense enterprise setup which is working almost fine with Windows Machines. We are using Active Directory for authentication. However, it is giving authentication error for some users when they try to access hub from Mac. For my userid, I can access hub in Windows machine as well as in Windows image on Mac. However, when I try to access the hub from Safari/Firefox on mac, I get "User not Authenticated" error. Surprisingly, some of my colleague are able to access the hub from same mac, same browser. We are also working with Qlik Tech but so far no break through. This issue is impacting the user base. Any help is much appreciated.

Best Regards,

Abhishek

All users need to have "log on locally" rights on the windows server hosting the web application which you can find through local security policy on the server.

I doubt that this is the solution, because I do have the same problem. However I am currently trying with a user that is domain administrator and the domain administrators are added to the group of local administrators on the server hosting all the Qlik Sense services and the local admins have the right to log on locally (I have even checked this explicitly).

Version is Qlik Sense 3.1.4
