Schedule reload with section acces in error

Hi all,

I have a problem with a reload of a document with section access in QMC.

If I open the document in my desktopsoftware on the server, the reload is working fine and generate a log-file.

If I schedule the same document, It gives an error (red cross). But it doesn't generate a log-file.

Do I have to do something differen for a document with section access?

All the other scheduled reloads are working fine.

What kind of section access do you have? NTname or USerid?

What does the QMC task log say for failure reason?

Obviously the document cannot be opened at all, that is why you do not get an application log

More than a thing:

In the document:

Settings -> document -> server you must check the "Filetr accesspoint document list based on section access"

Settings -> document -> opening you must check the "initial data reduction based on section access"

In QMC:

In the Reload Tab check "Section Access" and write username and password.

The user that is used to reload in the QMC, can he open the document?

I'm logged in on the server with Administrator

And If I open the document in the desktopversion it opens and I can reload the document.

If I open the document 'Open in Server'

I get this error

These are the security-settings of the document

And this is my section access.

Who knows why it isn't opening the document in server?

I inserted the qlikview-service-account in the section-access and the reload is working 🙂
