Force QlikView to open at a specific resolution

I have been unable to find this specific question answered anywhere, so hopefully I am not repeating an answered question.

I need to set my QV app to a specific resolution. I have gone in to View > Resize Window > 1280x800 (closest fit I can find to 1366x768 for laptops).

I save then close the application, and the next time I open it, it comes up much smaller ( close to 1024x680, but not exactly). It is at the same size as when you open QlikView itself (not a specific QV app), get the splash screen, and then see the list of recent apps, favorites, etc.

If I resize it to 1280 x 800, it then drops down to the lower right corner of the screen, talking up about the lower right 1/4 of the screen. I have to drag it to the top again to see the entire app.

I don't need to zoom, autozoom, etc. Is there a way to simply get QV to reopen at the same resolution and at the same position as it was last closed?

check out the attached NON Qlikview type thread, it certainly works for forcing QLIKVIEW.exe to open fully maximised

Thanks, Andrew. i'm not sure if this will fix my issue, though.

It is like QlikView forgets what size i set my window to (in this case 1280x800) the next time I open the QlikView application. I'm sizing for laptops and to present the application on a projection screen, so I really need it to go to 2180x800 each time.
