Log out for access point

Dear Team,

How can we switch from one user login to other login in the same machine? There is no log out option for access point. Once we login with one ID, next time onwards by default it is opening without asking credentials.

Hi,

one option is change the browser or else only system restart can let us change the user for the access point.

Hi,

In QMC->System->Setup->QlikView Web Servers->select Server->Authentication->Select Login from Always.

Hello Max,

Now the option is showing, whereas when we log in again it is not asking for new credentials. why like that? do we need to change any more options to ask every time credentials?

Go to System-->Qlikview Web Server-->Authentication-->Login Address-->Check Alternate login page (web form)

If you do so you should have Login form designed and placed to following paths C:\Program Files\QlikView\Web

and then you will get Access Point URL like qlikview/FormLogin.htm

On right Hand side you will have Sign Out option.

hi, the sign out works fine but the sing in doesn´t i can´t log in stay always in the FormLogin

any Advice ??

Hi,

I think You have to check the Session Timeout settings. System-->Setup-->Qlikview Server-->Performance. Increase the the time and see.

It is happening with me also. I think Default it is 1800 Seconds=30 Minutes. Test it that after how many minutes your session is getting out.

I am trying the method you suggested and use a guide here.

I use QV 11.20 SR8.

I am stuck at the beginning with the FormLogin.htm page, for some reason, it dose not show the "submit" button as the attachment.

I checked the FormLogin.htm file, nothing wrong. I am wondering whether the FormLogin.htm in path C:\Program Files\QlikView\Web

is used. I attached the .htm file in case it helps.

Dose any one had any idea about this?
