How to remove Server Updating message

Hi All,

I have document that reloads every 2 minutes, how can I stop the below message from appearing each time.

It's quite annoying for users

Hi Alan,

this could help: Uncheck "Allow Only One Copy of Document in Memory".

I have tried this but I still get the message appearing, any ideas?

Did you get a solution to this issue. I am also facing the issue but even after going through various threads I have not received a solution to it.

Hi Alan,

I have following settings in the qlikview document:

"Server performs refresh automatically without client action" and this is the third option in the drop down of "Refresh mode when document is updated on server"
