license lease

I am try to lease a license ,its show license is lease from the server but when client try to open its show its not lease .I followed the following steps open in server enter server name and open the document check the allow license checkbox is checked on server.

Client is checking the information about license lease from help-about Qlikview. Do I miss something

Its show the blank value in license key and license to .PFA for the same

Client also want to know why the reload and save buttons are disabled

Hi Shweta,

1.- You need to make sure that the user has a license assigned or license leasing is enabled in the QMC > System > Licenses > QlikView Server

2.- You are opening a document in the server, so you are using QlikView Desktop as a client, not a developer. That's why you cannot edit script, save or reload. (Same as if you open with the Plugin or Ajax client).

EDIT: Actually, license lease works, otherwise you had not been able to open the document in the Server. License lease does not show in the About menu, only local licenses. Apart, should QlikView works in Personal Edition (ie: not licensed) mode, you will see in the menu bar "[Personal Edition]" which is not the case.

in addition to the previous post, if your user has the start page enable, they can qlik on Licence information, this will show the details as follows:
