Hye,

I am french so sorry for possible mistakes.

I have a problem. I made a dashboard for a helpdesk service. My goal is to have an overall picture of every thing.

All of my programm went right bu something didn't.

As the datas are taken online, I observed a problem with the loading of one data..

Does someone know how to solve this problem? I guess we have to use a different encoding like UTF_8 but I couldn'y find how.

Bellow is a picture of the problem.

Try loading the same script in a local client and see if it shows any errors.

Check the version of the server. Maybe your server version is old and you are executing new script on it.

Did you change anything to the server?

I am already in a recent local server actualy, I guess the problem is on the loading of the data. Indeed I did a lot of dashboards with online datas and never had this kind of problem.

And no, I didn't change anything to the server.

Don't you know if a function exists who changes this "web text" in a "real text"?
