Doc Cal Issue

Hello Everyone

I am facing an issue wherein my allocated doc cals to a particular document are being removed automatically gradually. I had assigned more than 50 doc cals to a document previously, but many are being removed automatically and now I left with only couple of them. What can be the reason for this? Is there any setting that I need to do in QMC to stop this?

Where exactly are these CALs being removed? From the pool of CALs you set aside for this document? From the list of assigned CALs? Are the CALs being assigned automagically so that every time you end up with fewer CALs to assign?

And don't get me wrong on this but I have to ask: are you the only one with access to the QMC?

Hi Peter,

Actually i am using publisher. In that when i am looking for the Doc cals of this document in the QMC,

i.e. Document - User Document - Doc cals

there i found that the doc cals are being removed gradually. Number is getting decreases of the users who had assigned and there i can see a symbol too saying Restore when i put cursor on that.

And except me there are some others too having access to QMC
