Qlikview getting hang for few minute

Dear Team,

when ever i click on drop down option ( Marked in red) then the graph and other control start getting refresh and get hang for 30 sec to 1 min approx and on that duration CPU utilization is also almost 2-5% only.

Please find screenshot for same.

kindly let me know the issue for same i am using Window server 2012. if required any confi

Instead of Multibox, can you try using List Box and Show and Hide based on when user clicks that area.

Another check, use set analysis in your charts whereever required.

Does that happen at access point or at Desktop as well?

Also does that happen at DEV, UAT and PROD servers?

I am facing this issue in Windows 7 and Windows Server 2012 on Desktop Application while development time.

i am also using high level of set analysis in all types of control and charts etc.

i don't know about what happening on Web Server on same.

my concern is that when i Multibox and not doing any select action just clicking on dropdown then why the refresh trigger, this must trigger only in case i do any changes in selection criteria
