API for Survey Monkey

We use Survey Monkey and have, until recently, been downloading results into QV using XML. his option is no longer available, so I'd like to explore using the API.

We have login/password for Survey Monkey (of course) - is this sufficient to access their API?

I intend to use QVSource to generate the general API details. Using their online 'Try It' environment, it works fine with my usual login, but using these parameters in QVSource fails.

Perhaps someone has some experience/tips.

try qvsource is a paid connector but it works very well

I have subscribed to QVSource (to use other connectors) but unfortunately, the general API connector doesn't work well with the latest version of Survey Monkey.

The good news is that QVSource have done a great job in developing a new connector dedicated to Survey Monkey. This should be generally available in the next release around early July 2015. In the meantime, you can request a preview - just contact Chris Brain chrisbrain‌
