The published document cannot be opened by some users?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Note that &lt;EM&gt;Root Folder&lt;/EM&gt; in your screenshot is a &lt;SPAN style="text-decoration: underline;"&gt;QlikView identifier&lt;/SPAN&gt;, NOT a directory name. It refers to the path you specified in QMC-&amp;gt;System-&amp;gt;Setup-&amp;gt;Distribution Service-&amp;gt;&lt;EM&gt;Select yours&lt;/EM&gt;-&amp;gt;Folders-&amp;gt;Document root (could be different, don't have a QMC with a publisher here)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Peter&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;Hi everyone,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; I have a problem.I upload a qvw file to Qlikview server,I can use the web to visit it.When I used the publisher to reload the qvw file every 5 minites and distribute the reloaded file to another folder which named RootFolder,the file could reload on time,but the file can not be visited through the website.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; &lt;IMG alt="QQ图片20150613235135.png" class="jive-image image-1" height="190" src="https://community.qlik.com/legacyfs/online/89344_QQ图片20150613235135.png" style="height: 190px; width: 769.9346405228758px;" width="770" /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp;&amp;nbsp; Could you me how do solve this problem?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
