Hello all, I have a question about moving PGO files. I have all files with .pgo suffix in this location C:\QlikView\Documents. I created new folder (Root) in this location and want to move them there. Is it ok with all QV services running. Could it cause any other problems? Thanks for all responses cause I am new in QV, Peter

I don't know. Do you really want to try?

I think a better approach is this one:

In QMC, change your Document Root (the server will be restarted and upon finding no pgo files will create new ones with default content)

Shut down the services.

Move the pgo files to the new folder, overwriting the default ones

Restart the QlikView services.

Best,

Peter
