Hi Team,

Hope you all doing good. Can anyone please look into the below log file and suggest me the issue with the reload task failure. It will be a great help for me.

The document reload log will help to see why the document did not load successfully. To enable the reload log, go to Settings | Dcoument Properties and check the Generate LogFile check box. Then repeat the reload and review the log. It will be in the same folder as the qvw, with the same name with .log appended.

I have enacted as you suggested and I get the same log file. So my question is how do I find and fix the issue ?

From this you can see which line in the reload script caused the error, and some information about the error itself. Look at the last few lines of the file.

PS - once you have enable 'Generate Log File' in the QVW and reloaded, the new log file will be in the same folder as the QVW.

The log at (2015-06-23 07:03:16) says the source document was realoaded successfully. However, the log at

(2015-06-23 07:05:57) says the same document couldn't be reloaded. Did you try restarting the qds service and reattempt?

may be, u r trying to reload by opening some source document of the corresponding .qvw file,some times that will create problem.

make sure to close all the source docs and try?

Hi Andrew,

I figured it out from the following two information lines :

Information: Physical FileSize=4.30 Mb. Memory Allocation Delta for this file=14.62 Mb

Information: Memory Allocation Delta for this file=1.04 Mb

I could rectify that the delta memory allocation was differing. Thus ended up checking the server performance and got notified that max of the utilization is taken under MYSQL.

I'm a beginner in qlikview and getting to learn such issues, means a lot !
