Problem with Qlikview exe

Hello.

I have a Qlikview Server with version 11.20.12235.0

I'm facing some times a problem with Qlikview.exe. Something is happening and the qvw do not open

and when i try to open Qlikview.exe asks to select languange in order to proceed and open the qvw.

For this reason the qvws that have modules scripts are losing the system access.

Has anybody the idea what is this problem ?

If the license leased from the server has expired and not renewed then Qlikview automatically goes into personal license, which does not give you the option to open a file developed in a licensed version.

The Select language box appears when the license lease has expired or not renewed.

To renew the license

open qlikview

From the file menu select open in server

in the server dialogue box enter the URL of the server

click connect

This will list the files on the server

Select a qlikview file from server and open

this will auto renew the license from server
