Count Value Between Dates

Hello my friends from QlikCommunity!

I have an issue that seems pretty tricky. Let's say I have an Employee table, in which I have the start date and the end date of each employee.

Those who does not have an EndDate are still working for the company. If I analyse the table above I would expect to get to something like the following:

That means a final chart like this:

As you know very well, it is not easy to get to the result I expect being Qlikview associative just to the Start and End date of each enployee.

Is there a way to get to the result I expect without freezing and reloading new data everymonth (creating new QVD file with the month position)?

I saw this approach of sunindia, but I couldn't manage applying it to my data.

I would appreciate any kind of help!
