Sheet level association

Hi,

i attached two files one is Sheet1 and other one is Sheet2.

My requirement is suppose i click on year (List box) values, i need to display corresponding values in Sheet1 only,no need to display in sheet2.

Can we do this one.

Yes its posible.

But one suggest from my end.u have two chat in sheet 1 and sheet2 .are the two charts are in same year or different?

You can use alternate states. Add two alternate states in document setting, set the listbox and the chart you want to change on a state, the other chart on another state (or just leave it to inherited).

Use a Trigger on Sheet Properties, add Action OnActivateSheet, clear All for ex.

Hi Sharath,

Use Alternate States . Create 2 alternate states.One for Sheet 1 and Another for sheet 2. Then in the objects you want to associate , keep them in the same alternate State.

In the setting Tab: Go to document Properties to create 2 Alternate States.

Then in the chart GENERAL properties, make the chart in the required Alternate State.
