Expense project should show only one record

hi Gurus,

I have 5 Types of projects

1.Capital

2.Expense

capital Project might carry forword to next year

but in case of expense project it should show only one record

in attached sample application i want to display only first row only

how to achieve this

Could you be more specific with what you mean when you say you have five types of projects but you list only two?

What is the criteria for showing only one record? Is it a date or some minimum or maximum value or something?

What kind of record are you thinking about?

4.carryover

5.sign on Bonus

i have year field in Data ,i derived New year field to generate records for carry-over logic

if i select Expense project, in global savings chart object,dimension should switch to year

if i select capital project,in global savings chart object,dimension should switch to new year

how to achieve this switching dimension on selections

Hi,

Please let us know what should be the dimension for other Project Values.

In the attached file ,you can see the use of a calculated dimension,which changes based on the selection of Expense and Capital project.

hi thanks fo your time.

here the CURRENT RFX Status is the field for Project Type

now i have Year ,New Year fields,which one i need to keep in Field selections.

if i put new year in field selections,eventhough i selected 2014 its showing 2013

in current selections its showing selected Year,new year both and also expense and capital
