That's not possible. You'll have to use two columns, one with the bars and one with the text values.

Hi,

In the linear gauge settings in your application you have set min as 0,

Hence it is not considering negative values. Change that to say(e.g. -100) you will see values.

I have changed values to negative in the sample qvw shared by you.

I can see the bars.

You can do it in a bar chart, but not in a gauge.
