Help me to write expression....

Hi,

I want to write an expression, if it is a current month then show previous month data or else show actual value.

The problem is for April Fiscal Month, if Current Month is April then it should show Previous Fiscal year i.e. 2014-15 March Month.

and if May is current month ,it should show Previous month data or else Actual Value.

For e.g.

April is current month for fiscal year 2015-16

Output: March 2014-15 data

Now if May is the current month of fiscal year 2015-16

Output: April 2015-16 data

Other than Current month(March 2014-15 ) is selected, it sholud show Actuals Value for the same month.

These 3 conditions should be in 1 expression.

Please help me to solve....
