i have a multibox ,it consists of 3 fields .i have a table it consists total sales ,country ,margin ,publicity Cost.

when i select any of 3 fields in the multi box ,Total Sales field should not be changed,Rest of fields country,Margin,Publicity cost should change .

Any help will be appreciated

Not 100% sure but you can try this:

=sum({1} Sales)

I think it should be Sum( {1} TOTAL Sales )

Since the {1} disregards selections made and the TOTAL the dimensions used in the chart.
