Failed to open document

Hi All,

I have a security problem...

I have given a user a document-call and if he opens the document in the access-point he gets the message "Failed to open document. You don't have access to this document"

The user has action to the file (security of the document)

And If I put section access in the document, the user can't see the document in his accesspoint... (the document disappears.)

What am I doing wrong?

In section Access , did you mention his login id???

Hi,

I am not sure but i see two different spelling of NTNAME

NTNAME

GV-SRVQLI01\ICASASHOP

GV-SRCQLI01\ICASASHOP //Just check spelling is it C or V

and everthing in capital
