I've assigned a number of users to a document but every so often they disappear, is there a reason for this? If the services were being restarted i could understand it but they're not.

Hi,

this behavior you have seen only on Document CALs or all QlikView Server licenses ?

you can provide more information about QlikView's infrastructure?

Document CALs on DMS or NTFS?

There are some software that controll files on hard drive, like Antivirus? You have define rules to exclude Qlik's folders or files with extensions .META .PGO ?

You have try to analyze PGO information ?
