an icon 'Export to Excel'

Hi,

In QlikView there's an icon 'Export to Excel' inside a caption of a straignt table. It seems to be a standard functionality.

But we think that the icon is too small and unclear. Is it possible to make it bigger? I tried to do it via changing the font size. It doesn't work.

Thank you in advance,

Larisa

The Font size will only increase the Title Text of the caption not the icon size.

Icons are not part of this line(They are slightly above)

If you want to do a ridiculous amount of work:

Remove the icon from the chart.

Add a text box with what ever background image and size you want.

Add an action to the text box to Export to Excel.

If you want to be able to minimize the chart, you need to figure out how to display the icon only when the chart is restored.

If users move the chart, the icon won't move with it.

Hi,

I'm ready to do much work in order to change the size of the excel icon by default.

But I don't see such an action for a text box as 'Export to Excel'. What did you mean?

Macros are not the option. I was told that macros might fail. It's better to avoid using them.

Is it possible to solve my task by creating an extension?

Thank you in advance,

Larisa
