Identify same value in the dimension

Hello,

I have this chart table. My problem is that i have to kind of quarters, one for forecast and one for actual, and i am not able to relate both.

What i need is to find the solution to build this chart. How can i do it?

q1=q1, q2=q2, q3=q3,q4=q4

Use an if statement to check if the quarters match. See attached qvw.
