Trigger to exclude values

i am facing a issue in solving a business issue as -

i have Accounts link to Country in which some account are link to 'Inter Company' transaction, i have to remove inter company account as per country selections.

i have 3 fields - Country -- Accounts -- 'Inter Company Type'

cases are -

1. if i select Country like 'Thailand' than all Accounts should select except Thailand 'Inter Company Type'

2.if i select 2 Countries like 'India' and 'Thailand' than all account should select except Inter company having 'India' and 'Thailand'

3. if no Country is selected or all country applicable than all Accounts should select having 'All' Inter Company Type

here i do not want to use this in a single chart, i want some trigger or other solution , that can be applicable to all document at once.

not set analysis as i have 30-35 charts so that will not help in optimization...

I have created a new key called KEY_SELECT and I have used the same in the trigger selection
