Here i understood that, file is corrupted. FYI there is no section access involved. I tried to rescue by setting 'Script Rescue' and 'Layout Rescue', as i am working with version 11 i couldn't found any 'layout' rescue option. how to resolve this issue .

Thanks,

Ganesh.

Hi Swuehl,

I tried to open with your guidelines, but no use showing us the same old error. FYI this application is working fine with other user 1 hour before in the same environment, no triggers involved too. Now no one can open this file. Is there any other options to it because we haven't got copy for the file.

Best Regards,

Ganesh.

Hi,

I have once facing this problem.

I tried every solution that i received from google on this.

But then unable to solve it.

Then i tried to change the format to QVF from Qliksense . Then i made it. I can recover the script not the layout. Thank God!

After that, i found my old Qlikview version 11. I try to open it on Qlikview version 11. also can with the layout and scripts. I save then open it again in my current Qlikview version which is Qlikview version 12. Then yeayyy ! successful.

Try it!
