Pivot table grand total aggregate

hi,

I have a pivot table which shows total sales by region. when i filter 2 countries, the grand total column shows total of these 2 countries i.e. 800 (UK + Germany).

My requirement is that in the grand total row of table-1, the total of all the Countries i.e. 1300 should come as given in table 2.
