      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;hi i have the current scenario.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have a table which holds customer information, &lt;STRONG&gt;Customerno&lt;/STRONG&gt;, &lt;STRONG&gt;startdate ie . 20151110, 20151111,20151112.&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i also have a calender table that is built upon the sales transaction field salesdate&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;from this calender i generate a date field which i use to sort my data.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;what i would like to do create a set analysis whereby i chose a&lt;STRONG&gt; date&lt;/STRONG&gt; from the calendertable example being 20151120 and then i would like to see how many customers where created equal to this date and before ie.&amp;nbsp; startdate &amp;lt;= 20151120&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;i have tried the following syntax without sucess,&amp;nbsp; any tips?&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;count({&amp;lt;startdate= {"&amp;lt;=date"}&amp;gt;}&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Customerno)&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;in the qlikview application i have chosen the field date = 20151120&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Best&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Brad&lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
