Create a new field in the data load editor

Dear all

I created a master dimension and wanted to include it in an expression for a master measure - however this seems to be not possible.

Therefore my plan is to create a variable/field within the data load editor. However, by doing so, it doesnt show me this new created field later in my app. Do you know what I need to change in order to get a new field:
