How to get run Access Point URL from othe Machine

Hi Forums,

We have QVS with DMS Authentication setting having 5 session CALS.

When we publish a dashboard and try to access by using Access Point URL from other machine. The login page appears

we enter the user name and password(It even doesn't show the error messgages of invalid user name or passwd).

It does'nt go to the next pages i.e. it doesn't show the page where it suppose to show all the dashboard icons.

But if we do the same activites in same machine(Local Machine) where Qlikview server is installed, it's work fine. Following is the URL as follows:-

http://localhost/qlikview/FormLogin.htm

I hope I able to explain the problem. In short Access Point URL is work fine in Local Machine. But doesn,t work in Other Machine.

FYI, We have created the external ipaddress for that machine where QVS is installed. In from other machine we are accessing in following way as follows example:-

http://003.001.06.08/qlikview/FormLogin.htm

It will be great help if I get the solution quickly.
