How to disable action required prompt using web ticket

I'm using web ticket for opening qlikview application from our web portal.

Web ticket is generating successfully and I am able to open the application on clicking but it prompts for Authentication Required, even if i cancel or press OK button without passing credential application is opening up.

I'm using DMS authentication

But when i change the Authentication type to Header then application is opening up without Authentication required prompt

the problem with Header is when i open the application from Qlikview URL http://myURL/qlikview

then no login screen is coming.

Any user can open the application without login as i have setup Authorization of document to "All Authenticated user"

What I want is:

1. Thorough Web ticket qlikview application (qvw) should be opened without Authentication required promtp

2. When any user go to qlikview url http://myurl/qlikview then application should be opened after successful login.

3. Can I access the application through Web ticket if authorization is set to Named User? because when i set authorization to Named User then i get permission denied message.
