Local Batch Reload

I'm trying to run a batch reload on my local computer for a local Qlikview report (not on the server). I've added the following to my Section Access:

USERID,PASSWORD,ACCESS,SERIAL

*,*,ADMIN,1234 5678 1234 5678

In spite of this entry, when the batch file runs, it always prompts me for a userid and password, which is not what I want. Any suggestions? Can I do this for a local file or is it just for reports on the server?

Go to Settings - Document Settings - Opening Tab

uncheck boxes

Initial data reduction based on Section access

Initial Selection based on section access

Hi -

Everything is unchecked on the Opening tab. Under the security tab, everything is unchecked except Admin Override Security. Still no luck.

Have you entered the serial number which is on your computer? Have you tried to elimate the spaces?

Yes, the serial number is the one on my machine. I eliminated the spaces just now but same result. Really baffling.

FYI everyone....It is now working fine. All that was done was to reboot my machine. The userid and password must have been cached......
