      <title>Default Timezone During Load</title>

      <description>&lt;HTML&gt;&lt;HEAD&gt;&lt;/HEAD&gt;&lt;BODY&gt;&lt;P&gt;When loading the data from a spreadsheet, I do not think there is a way to enforce time zone for specific date/time fields. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- How does it know which time zones to use? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;- Is there a way to enforce it in the script? &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The reason why I ask is because when I can to converttolocal time zone, the times are converted in correctly. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thanks. &lt;/P&gt;&lt;/BODY&gt;&lt;/HTML&gt;</description>
