i have a scenario:

there are multiple users in the active directry,each user has difrnt access level

bt one of the user now is not able to see his level of data now ,what exactly must be the issue.

kindly suggest

Hi, it can be a change in the user properties or the more possible cause is something related to the data model, maybe now some key field doesn't have data linked to the user.

Hard to say without a sample of the document.

Hey!

Once cross verify the section access table with the tables in the section application. If you have given correctly, it would work

Maybe he have changed his NTNAME? Remember that in Section Access NTNAME is static and you can change that in your operating system, resulting in a mismatch between your old NTNAME and the new NTNAME defined by the user. Hope you find this usefull

how the ntname is changed by the user himself?

user was able to access the application before,but now he is unable

what cud be the exact reason?

Hi Shivali, is hard to say without a sample, you can make a test: make a copy of the document and set the code from [section access] in [section application]. After reloading check what happens when you select his NTNAME, this way you can discard or confirm something related to the data.

If selecting his NTNAME doesn't have access to his data in reduction fields, if his NTNAME isn't related to any data, his access will be forbidden.
