Hello,

I have a strange case that I don't get.

I defined a section access for a model that goes like this:

Section Access;

LOAD * INLINE [

ACCESS,NTNAME

ADMIN,company_name\qlikview

];

When I try to open the document via the QV software (File->Open) it works fine and opened with no problem, however when I try to open it via the ACCESS POINT I get the following message:

"Failed to open document, you don't have an access to this document"

Note - The qlikview user is defined as the designer license for qlikview and has a named license as well

What do I do wrong?

Guess you need to add the list of users to the section access script. Please see the attached document.

The only user I try to use with is this :

ADMIN,company_name\qlikview

And I've already added him at the section access script.

so I don't know what the problem is.

When you open AccessPoint, the user should be displayed on the top right corner. Is it showing the correct user account?
