Straight Table customization

I have above 50 company names. My requirement is to display only 10 customized names. I have been provided with those 10 names which are to be displayed in the straight table. Same names names should reflect in the pie char and a bar chart.

So, my question is how to force straight table to display customized names????

are you saying you only want to display 10 of the 50 names in the straight table?

on the Presentation tab, you can specify how many rows to display - Max Number (1-100)

Hi Adam, I want to display 10 but the names should be fixed. For example, if I have google apple, yahoo, Dell, Hp, Sony, Macy's, Sears.

I just want to choose Dell, Sears and yahoo.

hi Dilip,

if you want to select only 10 out of 50 companies, then list them in an inline table and create a flag dimension to identify them, and then use the dimesion.

you can do it possibly as inline as recommended or you can use set analysis - If you use set analysis for your 10, I would recommend crating a variable and using the variable in your set analysis - this way if the 10 ever change, there would only be 1 place to make the change
